Whether it is your first class, you are returning after time away or you are ready to challenge yourself, there is a class that can grow with you. Our small, women-only classes give you the support to move with confidence while still allowing you to focus on yourself.

Beginner is the best place to start, even if you already train elsewhere. The gentler pace gives you time to learn the foundational movements, settle into the studio and build confidence before progressing to Reformer Flow.
Yes. If you are managing an injury or need a different option, let your instructor know before class so they can support you in a way that feels comfortable. If individual care would help, chiropractic and physiotherapy appointments are also available through our allied health partner in the same building.
Prior Reformer Pilates experience is recommended for Sculpt. Strong is suitable for all fitness levels, with options provided throughout. If you are new to the reformer, Beginner remains the gentlest place to start.
Wear comfortable activewear and bring a water bottle. Grip socks are compulsory, so bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. If it is your first class, arrive about 10 minutes early so we can welcome you, show you around and help you settle in.
