Infrared Sauna
Settle into steady infrared warmth, ease tired muscles and take time to sweat, switch off and reset.
What to expect
Unlike a traditional sauna, which heats the air around you, an infrared sauna warms your body more directly at a lower air temperature. The warmth builds gradually throughout the session, encouraging your body’s natural sweating response.
Come after training or whenever you want some quiet time to yourself. Each session gives you the private sauna room for 45 minutes and is self-managed, so you can settle in at your own pace.
